We serve patients with severe respiratory illness and those with immune deficiencies. Thank you for helping us to keep them safe.

As a practice, we are taking the following precautions:

  • As a practice we are also implementing social distancing and are limiting nonessential visitors to our office. Please attend shot appointments or regular appointments alone, or in the case of minors, with one parent or guardian.

  • As a practice, we have also implemented a mandatory masking policy. Anyone who enters the facility will be required to wear a mask at all times.

  • Most visits will be conducted via Tele-health, where available. If you have an upcoming visit, our staff will be reaching out with details.

  • We have implemented an automated check-in system, allowing you to complete your paperwork from your home or car.

  • We have adjusted shot hours and implemented shot-scheduling. Our Roanoke and Lynchburg offices will be closed for injections on Fridays. Our Salem office will be closed for injections on Thursdays.

    • We have also updated the process for administering injections. Please see here for details.

  • We have also implemented more stringent sterilization procedures at all 3 offices to ensure staff and patient safety.

  • For more information about how to stay healthy, please see the Center for Disease Control's website here.

We appreciate your cooperation and understanding throughout this process. We serve many high risk patients with Asthma and Immune deficiencies that are especially vulnerable to this disease and so it is of utmost importance that we do all we can to ensure their well-being.
