New Allergy Injection Sign In Procedures for our Roanoke Office

We will be implementing a new system for letting our staff know you are at our practice to receive your allergy injection(s).

We will provide you with a card that has your name and unique bar code.

If you have not yet received your card, please check in with the front desk.

Upon arrival to the office, you will need to:

  • Scan your card and have a seat in the waiting room. The injection nurse will then call you once he/she is ready to assist you.

  • Once your injections are administered, you will make your next injection appointment w/the nurse and then proceed to wait in our lobby for 30 minutes.

  • Once you have waited 30 minutes, please let us know you are now leaving the office without any side effects.

  • We ask that you please keep your ID card in a secure place so it will be readily available at your next visit. Communication through Phreesia will still be implemented so you can be notified of appointments, cancel appointments, make payments, etc.

  • Masks are not required while waiting. Because we are an allergy/immunology practice, we have many patients who are immunocompromised and are more susceptible to infections than the average person, masks are suggested.

We want to thank you for your continued patience and flexibility over the past couple years as we have had to change policies in a response to the COVID -19 pandemic. Our top priority remains the health and safety of all our staff and patients as continue to navigate through the future with COVID-19 and we may make changes as necessary.
