Rescheduling Policy
If you cannot keep a scheduled appointment, please call our office as soon as possible. Late cancellations or “no-shows” prevent others from being seen. To address this need, cancellations of current patient appointments less than 48 hours in advance will result in a fee. Missed testing appointments will result in a $75 charge. Note that insurance will not cover these charges.
